Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using Adira Logic services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Educational and Informational Purpose
Adira Logic provides educational and informational resources relating to modern financial markets, digital assets, market structure, trading concepts, market intelligence, technology, and automation. Adira Logic does not provide personalized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing provided should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, cryptocurrency, token, financial instrument, or other asset.
2. No Investment Adviser Relationship
Your use of Adira Logic does not create an investment adviser, broker-client, fiduciary, financial-planning, attorney-client, or tax-adviser relationship. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.

Digital assets and meme coins may involve extreme volatility, limited liquidity, smart-contract vulnerabilities, token concentration, manipulation, fraud, regulatory uncertainty, technology or platform failures, and total loss of value.

Adira Logic does not guarantee profits, investment returns, trading performance, successful trades, accurate predictions, future market conditions, successful automated execution, available liquidity, or continued availability of any asset or market. Examples of potential outcomes are educational illustrations only.
5. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for conducting independent research, understanding products, evaluating their financial circumstances and risk, protecting account and wallet credentials, complying with applicable law, and supervising any automated system they choose to use. Do not trade or invest money you cannot afford to lose.

Educational programs, including Modern Market Foundations, are intended to improve understanding of markets and risk. Completion does not guarantee trading proficiency, profitability, investment success, professional qualification, or suitability for automated trading.

9. Automation

Automation may fail because of software errors, outages, API failures, incorrect configuration, unexpected market conditions, insufficient liquidity, data errors, third-party failures, exchange or blockchain congestion, or user error. 10. Account Security
If Adira Logic introduces user accounts, you are responsible for protecting login credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise. Never provide cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys to anyone claiming to represent Adira Logic.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use Adira Logic services to violate law, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, distribute malware, scrape protected content at unreasonable scale, reverse-engineer proprietary software except where legally permitted, impersonate others, misrepresent Adira Logic content, or facilitate fraud or market manipulation.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Adira Logic owns or licenses its website design, branding, educational materials, research, reports, written content, graphics, software, and other original materials. Content may not be reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially distributed without permission except where permitted by law.
13. Third-Party Services
Adira Logic may integrate with or link to third-party services, exchanges, blockchain networks, data providers, payment providers, wallets, or websites. Adira Logic does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, fees, policies, performance, or financial condition.
14. Availability
Adira Logic may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any product or service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adira Logic and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative damages arising from use of the services. This includes losses related to markets, digital assets, data errors, software failures, third-party services, or reliance on educational or informational content. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions may not apply in every situation.
16. Changes to These Terms
Adira Logic may update these Terms as products and services evolve. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Iowa, subject to consumer protections or other laws that cannot legally be waived. Final governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions should be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.
